Theory of Change

Theory of Change is a socially conscious folksy indie-rock ensemble producing pensive but powerful, thoughtful, and melodic songs about societal and personal growth. We are comprised of Ben Henry, songwriter/singer/guitarist formerly of The Crud (Honolulu, HI) and Grim Smiley (Seattle); versatile vocalist Amy Piñon; and classical cellist Justin Chan. The 6-piece indie band sometimes performs as a 3-piece acoustic ensemble, which is how we are proposing to perform at ACES 2023. We have released 3 singles/music videos, and are working on a full-length album.
