Release & Restore focuses on healing through a slow yet expressive art movement. By releasing emotions, thoughts, and events that no longer serve us, we can restore inner calmness. Happiness comes and goes during times of loss, grief, mental health struggles, and life transitions. I want to create a comforting feeling that you are not alone. I hope you find a moment of comfort.
