Release & Restore focuses on healing through a slow yet expressive art movement. By releasing emotions, thoughts, and events that no longer serve us, we can restore inner calmness. I use dramatic body movement and expressive colors to bring out emotions in viewers. Follow by a repetitive pattern to process these emotions like a meditative practice of breathing in and exhaling. Happiness comes and goes during times of loss, grief, mental health struggles, and life transitions. I want to create a comforting feeling that you are not alone. I hope you find a moment of comfort.
