Capoeira Angola is an African Brazilian martial art. The basic elements of Capoeira are movements, music, history and philosophy. In this workshop the participants will have an introduction to the basic movements of Capoeira Angola and understand how the body dialogue is fundamental part of the Capoeira game. The participants will learn the basic Capoeira rhythms playing instruments such as tambourines, drum and the musical bow "berimbau".
