Movement of Body and Land Connection

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, check-in, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
The workshop will be lead by myself. I would like to present one of my short dance films and then lead into a movement session that connects our bodies to the Earth, Skyworld and Ourselves (ancestors). This movement workshop will be for all bodies and will start with connecting to our breath, our body then the land (the land will be where ever you are in space). There will be a land recognition, honoring of those past, present and future. The movements in the workshop will be to tap into our bodies with sound and voice to guide us. I would also like to leave room for question and comments.
